Dale Hall, Customer Service Manager
Dale has been with TAC since March 2003. Dale previously was
with Aviall as a supervisor of major airline accounts and was an operations
manager at Source One Spares. He’s also worked as a repair analyst
for Southwest Airlines and was a Dalfort Aviation services purchasing
agent and stores supervisor.
Dale is responsible for the customer service department,
which includes managing the CRJ Landing gear door program report as
well as other reports. He also assists with the quoting of major components
and provides support to purchasing, engineering and the shop when info
is required from customers.
Patsy Collins, Customer Service Representative
Patsy has been with TAC since 2004. She previously has worked
for Applied Aerodynamics, The NORDAM Group and Aviall in various customer
service and sales positions.
Patsy is responsible as a liaison between the customer
and TAC and uses her experience as a customer service and sales rep
to ensure good relations between TAC and its customers.
