Jason Dickson, Engineer
Jason has been with TAC since November 2003 and joined the Engineering Department last March. He previously was with Pratt & Whitney HAC where he served as repair mechanic. He then joined NORDAM Texas as a Structures Supervisor and did some design work as well.

Jason has an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Tarrant County College.

Jason is responsible for providing repair/planning data for the repair and overhaul of components.

His experience and knowledge of repairs for a wide variety of components has been a great resource for the Engineering Department.

Billy H. Smithers Jr., Engineer/Inspector
Billy has been with TAC since August 2003 and has been in quality control since 2005. Prior to joining TAC, he was with NORDAM GROUP - Duties cover repair of a wide range of bonded metallic and non-metallic composite components primarily for regional and corporate aircraft. PRATT & WHITNEY/HAC CORPORATION - Lead Mechanic, I supervised a team of fourteen employees, reported daily ship dates, quoted hours for the parts in the Inlet Department, and read blueprints.

Billy has graduated from Texas Aero Tech with Aviation Maintenance Training, Graduated May 1993
Airframe and Power plant Certificated.

Billy is responsible for providing repair/planning data for the repair and overhaul of components and in process inspection.
