Randy Haran, President / CEO
Randy has been President & CEO of Texas Air Composites
since its founding in 2000. His role is to oversee daily operations
of Financials, Marketing and Operations for TAC.
Prior to founding TAC, Randy was with Boeing. In his
professional career he has served in the following positions with Repair
Stations and OEM’s: Contract Administrator, Sales Manager, Business
Development & Sales Director and has worked for companies such a
Boeing and HAC.
Randy has a BBA degree from Southwest Texas State
University and was recognized for his open book management by The Great
Game of Business with the 2005 All Star MVP Award, recognizing Outstanding
Individual Efforts in Creating a Culture of Ownership.
Mike Haran, Vice President/General Manager
Mike has been Vice President & General Manager of Texas
Air Composites since its founding in 2000. His role is to oversee daily
operations of all areas for TAC.
Prior to joining TAC, Mike was with Pratt & Whitney
HAC. In his professional career he has served in such leadership positions
as Director of Materials and Director of Customer Service.
Mike has a B.A. degree in Business Communication.
Jeff Payne, Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development
Jeff Payne joined Texas Air Composites in 2009 as the Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development. Prior to joining Texas Air, Jeff held positions at Caterpillar, Inc (Facility Manager, Operations Manager, and Environmental Health and Safety Manager), Springfield ReManufacturing Corp. (General Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager) and The Great Game of Business (President).
Jeff's primary responsibility is to chart the course for strategic growth for TAC. Beyond that, Jeff is passionate about Open Book Management and relating the intricacies of business to each employee in order to maximize engagement and insure top-notch results.
Jeff has served on the Business Curriculum Advisory Board for Ozarks Technical College and was recognized as a Springfield Magazine "40 under 40" award recipient. Jeff received his BS in Administrative Management from Missouri State University.
