Randy Haran, President / CEO
Randy has been President & CEO of Texas Air Composites
since its founding in 2000. His role is to oversee daily operations
of Financials, Marketing and Operations for TAC.
Prior to founding TAC, Randy was with Boeing. In his
professional career he has served in the following positions with Repair
Stations and OEM’s: Contract Administrator, Sales Manager, Business
Development & Sales Director and has worked for companies such a
Boeing and HAC.
Randy has a BBA degree from Southwest Texas State
University and was recognized for his open book management by The Great
Game of Business with the 2005 All Star MVP Award, recognizing Outstanding
Individual Efforts in Creating a Culture of Ownership.
Mike Haran, Vice President/General Manager
Mike has been Vice President & General Manager of Texas
Air Composites since its founding in 2000. His role is to oversee daily
operations of all areas for TAC.
Prior to joining TAC, Mike was with Pratt & Whitney
HAC. In his professional career he has served in such leadership positions
as Director of Materials and Director of Customer Service.
Mike has a B.A. degree in Business Communication.
Charles Gorman, CFO
Charles has been with TAC since November 2003. He previously
was a Principal in the CPA firm of Hart & Company and also worked
at the IRS as an auditor for six years while obtaining his CPA Certificate.
Charles has worked as a controller for several companies in the construction
and computer services industries. He holds a BBA degree in Accounting
from the University of Oklahoma.
Charles is responsible for the overall financial plans
and policies and accounting practices of the company. This includes
overseeing the budgeting, tax, insurance and information systems functions
for the company as well as developing and coordinating appropriate accounting,
financial and operational reporting information.
