Randy Haran, President / CEO
Randy has been President & CEO of Texas Air Composites since its founding in 2000. His role is to oversee daily operations of Financials, Marketing and Operations for TAC.

Prior to founding TAC, Randy was with Boeing. In his professional career he has served in the following positions with Repair Stations and OEM’s: Contract Administrator, Sales Manager, Business Development & Sales Director and has worked for companies such a Boeing and HAC.

Randy has a BBA degree from Southwest Texas State University and was recognized for his open book management by The Great Game of Business with the 2005 All Star MVP Award, recognizing Outstanding Individual Efforts in Creating a Culture of Ownership.

Mike Haran, Vice President/General Manager
Mike has been Vice President & General Manager of Texas Air Composites since its founding in 2000. His role is to oversee daily operations of all areas for TAC.

Prior to joining TAC, Mike was with Pratt & Whitney HAC. In his professional career he has served in such leadership positions as Director of Materials and Director of Customer Service.

Mike has a B.A. degree in Business Communication.

Mike Campbell, Director of Operations
Mike Campbell serves as the Director of Operations at Texas Air Composites, Inc. Mike has been with TAC for 10 years and during this tenure he has served in various roles, including the Manager of Quality Control and Engineering, a Strategy Team Member, and Shop Supervisor. Mr. Campbell is responsible for providing management oversight for all operational activities at TAC. This includes responsibility for daily operations, product development, and quality assurance .... Mike is also responsible for coordinating FAA required training programs and being accountable for compliance with all military, FAA, and customer quality requirements.

Prior to TAC, Mike was with Aviation Composite Technologies, Inc. (AVCOM) and has also worked for GA Telesis as the General Manager of Repairs in Tucson, AZ. He has 20 years experience in aviation related maintenance and served as a member of the United States Navy for 9 years where he was an Intermediate Maintenance, and F-14/F-18 Structural Mechanic.

Brady McGuinness, Director of Sales and Marketing
Brady has been with TAC since January 2004. He previously held sales and repair positions with The NORDAM Group and Cadillac Plastic and Chemical Company. He holds a bachelors degree in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Brady serves as the sales representative for the regional airline and business jet segment of the industry, an area that he has 8 years of experience.

Jim Osborn, Director of Quality Control
Jim comes to Texas Air Composites with over thirty years of experience in the aerospace industry.  Beginning in 1979 as a mechanic at Nordam in Tulsa Oklahoma, he has filled a variety of positions including Senior Engineer for New Product Development of Composites, Manager of Airframe Repairs, and Operations Support Manager at Nordam Texas.  He also spent two years at Northrop B-2 Division as a master mechanic in composite laminate lay-up. 

Prior to coming to TAC, Jim worked at Triumph Fabrications - Fort Worth as Director of Business Development.
