Rodger McCurdy, Quality Control Manager
Rodger joined Texas Air Composites in November 2006. In his career Rodger has held management positions in quality at Triumph Fabrications, Aerostar-Advanced Aircraft and Aero Fabricators. At Texas Air Composites, he is responsible for overseeing the quality control of repaired parts and verifying company compliance of the QCM, FAA, and customer requirements. Rodger holds an Airframe and Powerplant license, Inspection Authorization certificate, SAE/PAMA Aviation Engineer certificate and NDT Level III in Fluorescent Penetrant and Magnetic Particle inspection.

Michael Fornal, Quality Assurance Manager
Michael has been with TAC since June of 2003, starting out as a stockroom clerk and slowly working his way into a role with the Q.C. department. With an interest in regulatory compliance, he moved into quality assurance and currently serves as the company Q.A.R.

Michael is the liaison for the FAA and is responsible for the company’s regulatory compliance, through the revision and creation of company quality manuals and procedures. He serves as TAC’s representative during customer and regulatory audits, as well as being responsible for the Internal Evaluation Program, Training Program, and Calibration Program.
